1. Delivery terms

1.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must fill in the necessary data necessary to properly complete the order. If the data is filled in incorrectly due to the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer directly assumes all responsibility for the non-arrival of the goods. The goods are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods according to the method of collection chosen by him. If the Buyer does not collect the goods according to the method chosen by him and does not inform the Seller about this, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller. If the goods are returned to the sender's address for re-sending of the goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details specified on the website.
1.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the terms specified in the delivery of the goods. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary or alternative goods in its warehouse, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. The Buyer agrees that in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control, the delivery term of the goods may differ from the terms specified in the delivery terms of the goods or the delivery term of the goods discussed between the Buyer and the Seller. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the delivery term of the goods and other issues related to delivery.
1.4. Upon delivery or collection of the goods, the Buyer shall check the condition of the goods/shipment.
1.5. Once the Buyer signs the invoice received or the delivery document submitted by the Buyer's authorized representative, the shipment is deemed to have been transferred to the Buyer.
1.6. If the Buyer notices damage to the shipment, he has the right not to accept it and to note this on the consignment note. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity or incomplete composition.

• LP Express parcel machines (1-3 business days from the date of shipment) - 3.5 Eur
• LP Express courier (1-2 business days from the date of shipment) - 4.9 Eur
