Rules for the sale of goods-purchase

1. General provisions.

1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other matters related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store. www.keyfamily.lt related provisions.
2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees to these Rules.
3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized himself with the Rules, clicks the "Buy" button.

2. Protection of personal data.

1. When ordering goods in an online store www.keyfamily.lt , the buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, address, telephone number and email address.
2. The buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that information messages necessary for fulfilling the order of goods will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
4. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer expresses his/her consent to this.
5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State institution in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.

3. Buyer's rights and obligations.

1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
2. Provide complete, accurate and correct information in the payment form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form, www.keyfamily.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3. If the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail, indicating the desired return of the goods and their order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods of suitable quality. The conditions and procedure for returning goods of suitable quality are specified in Return conditions.
5. The Buyer may exercise this right in paragraph 4 only if the product has not been damaged or its appearance has not substantially changed, and if it has not been used.
6. Having purchased a product of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the rights provided for in Lithuanian legislation. The conditions and procedure for returning goods of inadequate quality are specified in the Return Conditions .

4. Seller's rights and obligations.

1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the online store. www.keyfamily.lt services provided.
2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's ability to use the online store.
3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding the Buyer's personal information specified in the purchase form and will not transfer it to third parties.
4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
5. The Seller may, in the event of important circumstances, temporarily or completely discontinue the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
7. If the Buyer uses the Service after these terms and conditions have been changed www.keyfamily.lt provided services, it is deemed that the Buyer has agreed to the amendment to the Rules.

5. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.

1. In the online store, the Buyer can shop online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
2. Orders are accepted www.keyfamily.lt in the online store.
3. All prices for goods in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.
4. The buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment will be prepared only after receiving payment for the goods.
5. If the buyer fails to make payment within 3 (three) calendar days, the order will be canceled.
6. Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiauliai banks' electronic banking services, as well as VISA and Mastercard cards. Payments are processed using Stripe and Paysera payment platforms.

6. Delivery of goods.

1. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods themselves. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods themselves, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims against the Seller for the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate entity.
3. The goods are shipped to the Buyer within 2 business days from payment confirmation.
4. In all cases, the Seller is exempted from liability for failure to meet the delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or an incorrect quantity, or if the goods are incomplete.
6. The Buyer must provide the Seller with photos of the damaged parcel and/or product(s) by email.

7. Product quality, guarantees.

2. The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos do not always correspond to the price of the goods - the price of more than one unit of goods may be shown. The units of measurement are indicated in the product description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
3. The seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the product description.

8. Marketing and information.

1. Seller in an online store www.keyfamily.lt can organize various promotions and offers.
2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms and conditions of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions and procedure of the promotion shall be effective from the moment of their change or cancellation.
3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer to the email address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.
5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive sent information or confirmation messages due to disruptions in the Internet connection, email service provider networks, messages ending up in the SPAM directory, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
6. The Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these Rules.

9. Final provisions.

1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
